5. Pricing & Payments

Delivery charges are calculated based on distance, parcel size, and weight. Prices may change without prior notice. Payments must be completed before or at the time of service.

6. Cancellations

Bookings can be canceled before parcel pickup as per our Refund & Return Policy. Once picked up, cancellation may not be allowed.

7. Delivery Delays

While we aim for timely delivery, delays may occur due to traffic, weather, technical issues, or unforeseen circumstances. Such delays do not guarantee refunds.

8. Loss or Damage

We take utmost care of your parcels. Compensation for lost or damaged parcels will be limited as per declared value and company policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

10. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user accounts in case of misuse, fraud, or violation of these terms.
