Refund & Return Policy

This Refund & Return Policy explains the terms under which refunds or returns may be requested for our parcel delivery services.

1. Service Nature

Our services involve logistics and parcel transportation. Once a parcel is picked up for delivery, it is considered a consumed service and cannot be returned like physical products.

2. Cancellation Before Pickup

  • If you cancel the booking before parcel pickup, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund.
  • Cancellation must be done through the app or customer support.
  • Payment gateway charges may be deducted.

3. Cancellation After Pickup

  • Once the parcel is picked up, cancellation is generally not allowed.
  • If cancellation is approved in exceptional cases, pickup and transportation charges will be deducted.

4. Failed or Undelivered Parcels

If a parcel cannot be delivered due to incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept:

  • Re-delivery may be attempted with additional charges
  • Return-to-origin charges may apply
  • No refund will be issued for failed delivery due to customer error

5. Delayed Delivery

We strive to deliver parcels on time. However, delays due to traffic, weather, technical issues, or force majeure events do not qualify for refunds.

6. Damaged or Lost Parcels

  • If your parcel is lost or damaged due to our negligence, you may be eligible for compensation.
  • Claims must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Compensation will be as per declared parcel value and company policy.

7. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and credited to the original payment method.

8. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Incorrect pickup or delivery address provided by customer
  • Recipient not available
  • Parcel contents violating policy or law
  • Force majeure situations

9. Policy Changes

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund & Return Policy at any time. Updates will be published on our website and app.
